How it works
I attend your workplace offering:
- Confidential 1:1 counselling sessions in a private room on your premises
- 50 minute sessions with up to 6 people per day
- Advanced booking or access to support in a more informal way, depending on what suits your organisation
- Flexibility on days as well as appointment structure
- Occasional drop- in support for staff who need a brief check-in
- Support for managers who are holding emotional or relational challenges
- Consistent support your team can rely on

Unlike counselling services available through employee benefits such as EAP’s, I bring an in person, consistent and empathic touch. My approach is:

On-Site Counselling : £650 per day
Your people will be able to have access to:
- Confidential 1:1 counselling sessions
- Drop‑in support for staff
- Guidance for managers holding emotional or relational challenges
- A consistent, familiar presence in your workplace
- All preparation, administration, and safeguarding responsibilities
Every workplace partnership includes:
- A dedicated, qualified counsellor on‑site
- A private, confidential space for staff
- Flexible booking options
- Optional anonymised wellbeing themes to support leadership insight
- Ethical, professional practice in line with NCPS standards
There are no additional costs for travel within London or Surrey.
