I use a blend of therapeutic approaches and tailor each session to your individual needs, whether you’re navigating big emotions, life transitions, or simply seeking a space to feel understood. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and care.  

You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. We can start wherever you are and move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and gently work toward greater clarity, healing, and self-connection.

Individual Therapy for Adults

£80 per 50min session

Individual Therapy for Under 18’s

£110 per 50min session

Book a Block of 10

Therapy is no quick fix. It takes time and it can’t be rushed. I recommend a minimum of 10 sessions, as between 5-10 is how long it takes for most individuals to drop their guard and feel ready to explore the roots to their issues. Particularly for children and adolescents, time is key in building a solid and trusting relationship. 

Sessions can be booked on a week by week basis, however I do recommend committing to at least 10. If you are comfortable making that level of commitment, I offer a 10% discount on a block booking of 10 sessions.
