Hi, I’m Jamie-Lee.
If you’re here it means you’re ready for counselling, or you’re ready to seek counselling for your child. You’ve come to the right place; I’m here to help.
I’m a warm, down-to-earth and extremely personable integrative counsellor, accredited by the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) passionate about supporting children, adolescents and adults.
I have specialist training in supporting children and adolescents with emotional resilience and relational care and I’m unbelievably passionate about what I do.

My Goal is Your Goal
I want to help you reach where you want to be. I want to listen, understand, and support you through whatever difficulties you’re facing. Whether that’s emotional overwhelm, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, or a sense of feeling lost in your identity.
Whether you’re coming to therapy for you, or your child, my priority is always to build a trusting relationship where you feel seen, heard, supported and understood.
I’m often asked, ‘what is Integrative counselling?’ In a nutshell, I’m trained in many different counselling techniques such as cognitive-behavioural (CBT), person-centred, psychodynamic, humanistic counselling and play therapy models which allows me to tailor my sessions to suit you! I can adapt my style as your needs evolve. This is what makes Integrative Counselling so brilliant! I believe that therapy is unique as the person receiving it and my approach reflects this.

My Therapy Space
I offer both online and in-person sessions. In-person sessions take place in a peaceful, purpose-built space nestled within the garden at my home in Surbiton, on the borders of London and Surrey. Thoughtfully designed to offer privacy and calm, it provides a quiet retreat where you can feel safe, supported, and at ease. It is a 15 minute walk from Surbiton station and there are multiple bus routes that stop a five minute walk. There is also free on street parking.
Walk-and-talk therapy takes place in the green open spaces just moments from my home. Walking side-by-side often feels less intense than sitting face-to-face, making it easier to open up at your own pace.
Ethical Practice
I practice in accordance with the Counselling & Psychotherapy Society NCPS Code of Ethics, upholding professional standards of integrity, respect, and care in every therapeutic relationship. My work is grounded in ethical responsibility, ensuring a safe, confidential, and inclusive space for all clients.
I also engage in regular Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to deepen my knowledge, refine my skills, and stay up to date with sustainable, evidence-informed practice—so that the support I offer remains responsive, relevant, and rooted in best practice.
I uphold the values of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in every aspect of my work, ensuring that whoever you are, you feel respected, safe, and truly seen.
