Empowering children, teens and adults to feel seen, heard and supported.
Therapy designed to fit you, not the other way around. No pressure. No pretence. Whether you’re logging in from your sofa or showing up in sweatpants, you’re welcome here. Just as you are. You don’t need to have the words. You just need to show up and we’ll take it from there.

Be proud of going to therapy.
Going to therapy should be like going to get your hair cut. Without stigma, something we all do as part of our personal up-keep and care. An hour blocked out in your work calendar as ‘high priority’ rather than locked as ‘private’. In a world where we are constantly stretched, with so many pressures and expectations upon us, it’s important to give yourself permission to prioritise your needs for a change, you’ll be amazed at the difference it makes to your life!
Choosing a therapist is a big step and finding the right fit truly matters.
It’s about getting that gut feeling of yes, I think I’d feel comfortable with this person. Or even more importantly, I think my child would feel safe with them. That’s why reading a counsellor’s “About Me” is so important!

My Therapy Space
I offer both online and in-person sessions. In-person sessions take place in a peaceful, purpose-built space nestled within the garden at my home in Surbiton. Thoughtfully designed to offer privacy and calm, it provides a quiet retreat where you can feel safe, supported and at ease. The space is fully accessible, with step-free entry, wide doorways and adaptable seating to accommodate a range of mobility and sensory needs.
Walk-and-talk therapy takes place in the green open spaces just moments from my home. Walking side-by-side often feels less intense than sitting face-to-face, making it easier to open up at your own pace.
Who I Work With
I work with adults, adolescents and children. Each person and age group need a unique skill set which I am proud to have developed and practiced over the years.
